We think pencils for private label projects should be like a tailor-made dress: designed according to your wishes and made to measure in every detail. We want to ensure that every customer can leave their own mark through our products: private label projects must reflect the brand identity and the mood of a collection with a unique and unrepeatable trait.

Every element of our pencils can be customised for your project, from formulas and colours to finishes, accessories and packaging.
Together with the customer, we pick out the formula, colours and finish that best suits their private label project, be it a single product or a line of pencils. Our R&D team is able to alter formulas or develop customised solutions for specific needs.
We provide complete transparency and consistent regulatory support for formulas, ingredients and pigments, to ensure that products are fully compliant with standards and regulations of their target markets.
When choosing colours, we can draw on our “minoteca”, a repertoire with over 5,000 shades, or create custom colours starting from Pantone references, images or samples.
Depending on the product and preferences, customers can choose pencils in different sizes: slim, standard, large, jumbo.
All pencils are strictly made of PEFC-certified wood; slim pencils can be produced with black wood as well.
For the external finishes of the pencil, together with the customer we develop graphics and customisations, then our painting and printing departments manufacture the pencils accordingly.
We’re able to completely customise the look of your pencil: we use transparent varnishes or coloured paints, silk-screen or hot foil printing, and a wide selection of colours and inks.
Caps are available in various shapes, colours and materials, from aluminium to recycled plastic. You can choose standard caps or add accessories, in many customisable combinations. A pencil and its cap already create an effective and recognisable packaging for a makeup product, but we have several different options: we can add a sleeve, single or double labels, or we can devise a customised solution for every private label project.
Quality is essential for us, it has always been and will always be. No matter how fast-paced the makeup market becomes, quality is not up for debate at Confalonieri.
